Blessing

fingertips, palms, outstretched arms
flow together into one
now silent, now speaking
shifting, breathing
we are a chain of being
linked together
hand to shoulder
pouring out our words
and our presence
as fragrant oil
with which to be anointed
love flows through our web
and we are blessing
